Hello everyone,
Although not new I feel I'm still learning regarding ZBP and please don't think I'm incredibly daft for asking such a basic question, and that is only if you did thin so, putting it mildly.:((
The system says 'press pound to finish', I do that, but then everything goes silent. I use the SJ Phone system. I then use ALT+H to end the call. In other words before that point the # key and I get no further response hence I hang up the call if I need to then go back into the system afresh.
Any advice be much appreciated and thereby putting me out of my misery as I don't know if messages get through or not but fear the latter therefore! *SIGH*

I'm going to assume there's a glitch somewhere that causes the system to drop calls right after a new voicemail is sent, since it's happened to me 5 or 6 times in the past few days.
I've heard this is happening to many of us at the moment. I pres 3 to send the message, and I don't know if it's dropping me, or just going silent, but I have to hang up.
Lol and of course, now that I've mentioned the issue, it doesn't seem to be happening. I was able to send a message today without getting disconnected.
That was related to the recent email issues. It should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
